About the Event
To mark International Women's Day, The Gallery will host a conversation on the future of equitable leadership.
Despite decades of debate, government interventions, and corporate diversity initiatives, leadership across all industries remains unequal.
The statistics tell a familiar story, progress is happening, but it's painfully slow.
This year, we're bringing together four senior leaders who represent the full spectrum of this challenge: men and women; some from the public and political sector and some from the private sector.
Together, they will explore the same critical questions from different perspectives.
The premise is simple: structural change doesn't happen by simply adding women to existing systems. It requires fundamentally rethinking how leadership, influence, decision-making, and power itself are distributed. And most importantly, it requires examining how both men and women see themselves, their roles, and their responsibilities in creating this change.
