About the Event
You have a neat resume and a great job. You're what people commonly call 'successful.' And yet, something gnaws at you. Does your work really make a difference? These were the questions that led six people to join the Moral Ambition Circle Programme.
Moral ambition, a concept popularized by Dutch historian Rutger Bregman, invites talented people to rethink success. He co-founded The School for Moral Ambition, which challenges the idea that success is defined by status or salary. Instead, it encourages individuals to align their careers, networks, and skills with the world’s most urgent challenges.
One of the ways The School for Moral Ambition does this, is through the Moral Ambition Circle programme. Small peer groups (five to eight people) explore, over nine meetings, how their careers and talents can create the greatest positive impact.
